EAT SHIT AND DIE!
AND IF YOU CAN’T EAT WELL THEN CHEAT WELL WITH SUPPLEMENTS

CHAPTER 1 : THE BEGINNING
This is going to be as interesting a journey for me as it will hopefully be for you. You see, I am not a Doctor (although one of my best friends is) and I am not a nutritionist (although another of best friends is). Nor am I a rocket scientist.
BUT IT DOES NOT TAKE A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO WORK OUT THAT IF YOU EAT BURGERS AND DEEP FRIED, HEAVILY BATTERED FOOD, SUCH AS CHIPS (fries if you must call them that) AND TOO MUCH PROCESSED FOOD AND DRINKS (like with a few hundred thousand extra chemicals added in as flavour enhancers and preservatives, and so-called `sugar reducing’ chemicals) AND YOU EAT MORE OF THOSE THAN YOU EAT BROCCILI EVERY DAY THEN THE CHANCES OF YOU REACHING A RIPE OLD AGE ARE ALMOST ZERO! AND HERE IS SOMETHING I HAVE LEARNED ALREADY – THESE FOODS WILL ALSO MAKE YOU FAT BECAUSE IF YOUR BODY DOES NOT RECOGNISE HEALTHY USEFUL FOOD IT TRIES TO GET RID OF IT BY STORING IT AS FAT!
I actually enjoyed biology at school but simply had no interest in chemistry, so I get the basic gist on cells.
What I do have is a passionate interest in what makes some people live longer than others.
So, as I learn I will write, but this much I do know – the chances are that however good your diet maybe you will need to take supplements for the food that is simply not available in any one single countries’ diet.
Also, as you age your body can simply not produce important substances such as carnosine, maybe insulin. In fact, the list is rather worrying.
I am going to try and keep this book as simple as possible so that even the most uneducated fool can get something from it. Enough said for now.
Let’s take a look at some of those people who seem to defy all the odds and maybe just glean a few things that could make a difference to your life.
